Our Story
In the brutal downturn of 2015, a billion dollar oilfield business was given one directive:
Find a way to stay profitable when no one’s buying.
So they made the hard decisions to shut down operations around the world and brought the work back home to Texas. Every dollar mattered. They scrutinized the power bill, even changed the light bulbs. But the real turning point came when they looked at something much heavier:
The badges of every machinist who had been let go.
That moment shifted everything.
Instead of trying to optimize from the top down, they asked the people who knew the work best:
“What’s holding you up? Why can’t you complete your job?”
The machinists responded—not with complaints, but with clarity. They wrote down what they needed, who they were waiting on, and where the slowdowns were happening.
That list became a blueprint.
