Our interns enrich our team dynamics with their diverse backgrounds and fresh viewpoints. Their involvement encourages collaboration, sparks new ideas, and fosters an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Our interns engage in a diverse range of tasks daily, from utilizing Power BI and calculating carbon emissions to coding and beyond! Their versatile contributions significantly support Auredia's success in the manufacturing world.

Auredia is currently collaborating in a strategic partnership with leading universities, including the University of Houston. This partnership enables us to connect with students, identify and recruit individuals who demonstrate qualities such as hardworking, open-mindedness, curiosity, adaptability, among other exemplary qualities. Data Science Specialist

Hey, I'm Kobe! I'm a software engineer/ data scientist. My day to day job is developing software solutions tailored to Auredias' needs, maintaining our existing systems, and overseeing the entire software lifecycle from start to finish.

Beatriz Perez

Marketing Strategist

Hello, I'm Beatriz. At Auredia, my core responsibilities lie within marketing where I strategize and implement efforts to drive company growth. Apart from this, I analyze and communicate data across five of our facilities, manage our social media presence, and support sales efforts. I have also contributed to various projects including QA testing, Power BI reporting, documentation, and training. Most recently, I have also played a key role in developing our website!

Auredia Learners

Auredia is a people-focused AI/ML startup. We leverage AI and ML to help upskill people, create access to jobs and opportunities and improve our communities.

Our Auredia Learners platform aims to connect people who are "learners". Learners can be anyone, not limited to educators and students. Subject matter expertise can be cultivated through experience in learning environments outside of classrooms. For example, within the manufacturing industry, many talented machinists worked alongside a mentor who shared legacy knowledge. We realize and recognize the value of lived experiences. We see this as a value-add and a benefit for our workforce. This is why the Auredia Learners platform exists. Within this platform we extend invitations to our community, through partnerships with educational institutions, trade programs and learning ecosystems to raise awareness around the opportunities that exist within Auredia.

How do I experience Auredia Learners?

Our partnership with Houston Community College's Advanced Manufacturing Program and University of Houston HPE Data Science Institute, in addition to our ongoing work within student led organizations has followed us to extend our reach. We continue to be involved in educational and trade organizations. As we meet more individuals looking for upskilling and workforce opportunities, we encourage them to join our network. Within the network, we have reference materials that contribute to the upskilling and opportunities, not limited to internships, apprenticeships and skills-development programs.
